For your return to be accepted you must meet the following criteria:
- Your returned products are received within 14 days of you receiving your original order.
- All products must meet the following criteria for each product type to be eligable for refound.
- You must send us a fully completed return form which can be find in the bottom of our website. Without your name and order number we will be unable to process your return.
- All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer, we will not pick up returns which is not allready paid and package will be sent back to your adress.
- Dropshipping products (Xpole & Lupit pole products) are delivered to customer directly Egnlang and Slovenia, and has to be returned back to the same adress. Please contact us first in any case of return!

If you want to exchange an item, the order will be processed like a normal return and you will be able to create a new order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for postage costs and the return of the items until the package arrives our adress. We recommend tracking your shipment to make sure it won't get lost during the transport. Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the item. Refunds will take from 2-7 business days after your return has been processed, be aware the prosessing time can be extended on holidays such as christmas/easter.
Returning products must meet the following criteria:
All items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. We appreciate that some clothes need to be removed from their plastic packaging to be tried on. For obvious reasons we do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Products on sale purchased in our fysical store are not accepted in return.
All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn and in new condition. We recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return. We also need all the included shoebags and plastic/paper wrapping for the return to be accepted. Products on sale purchased in our fysical store are not accepted in return.
All poles, mats and other aerial equipment must be in complete new condition and in the same condition that you received the item. Your item must be in the original packaging and not used or installed. Please contact us first in any case of return!
All grip aids and polecleaners are non-refoundable.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt. While we have a very strict quality control policy, occasionally faulty items can slip through.
Contact us at email@example.com with a clear picture and describtion of the fault, together with your name and order number. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction as a matter of urgency. In both cases where wrong item s recieved or defective, we will cover the cost for return and send you new.
